The Revive Home
Revive Home Mission:
A home to Engage, Revive and Ignite Men through Christ-centered living to become Christ- centered men.
The Revive Home is a faith-based property nestled within 32 beautiful acres of rolling and wooded scenery. This home provides a solution to a great need in our community where men are struggling to live a life the way God intended them to live. These men may be homeless, coming out of prison, graduates of drug and alcohol addiction programs or they may be veterans that have special needs associated with the traumas of war.
The Revive Home takes men out into a beautiful rural setting and provides a short-term housing program of discipleship that strengthens and grows men into a renewed and empowered walk with God. It brings revival into a man’s life by promoting spiritual and character formation. It will teach and provide them with life-skills and give them opportunities to lead and serve. Our ultimate goal is to send these men out equipped to resist the temptations of the enemy and to be stronger men for Jesus in their home, their church, at their workplace and in their sphere of influence.
Five components of Revive Home Discipleship
Program fees for the Revive Home are $450 per month. (Actual costs are $800 per month)
Prayer is powerful and needed in this battle!
Paul needed prayer for his missions (2 Cor 1:11). We do our best not to take a step without the presence and wisdom of Jesus.
We are searching for Program Participants.
We exist to help establish a Christ-Centered Community to nurture men in transition to independent living.
These men will be from one of four groups:
Group 1: Young adult males (18-29 years old).
Affordable housing is difficult to find and many young adult males (18-29 years old) are transitioning into adulthood without Christian mentors or role models to help them navigate life.
Group 2: Men coming out of Christian addiction recovery centers.
These men are in a vulnerable state and need help returning to the ‘real world’ in a manner that maximizes the chance for remaining clean and sober.
Group 3: Men coming out of prison.
They will probably have a hard time finding employment due to their criminal record. They need help with basic life skills, models for character development, accountability and an environment to nourish their faith in Christ.
Group 4: Vets re-entering society.
They may have special needs associated with the traumas of war
We are searching for Ministry Partners.
We feel strongly that God has raised up many who are ready to walk with us in this Kingdom work of building up these men. What a great time to step in and become part of the Revive Team!
Please prayerfully consider helping us with this ministry in the following areas:
We are asking for your prayer support. Prayer is powerful and needed in this battle! Paul needed prayer for his missions (2 Cor 1:11). We do our best not to take a step without the presence and wisdom of Jesus.
We are asking for your time. Do you feel the call to help mentor one of these men? We are looking for Godly leaders to mentor, teach, encourage or simply spend time with these men. Do you have the desire to do yard work or small construction projects around the house? We could use your help.
We are asking for your financial support. To keep the cost of rent low for these men we need your financial support. We need some sponsors to help with the rent and utilities and funding for things needed around the house like
lawn equipment, ministry materials and food.
Help us help these men!
Two way you can Invest in the Revive Home.
Donate towards the overall needs of the Revive Home including buildout, overhead costs, bed sponsorship, bibles, christian books, supplies and others!
Help provide for tenant assistance living in the Revive Home as they look for employment. We will not turn those away who can't afford it and help them find strong employment! Employment would need to be established within the first 90 days.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
